Pauli Halstead has been a Bay Area and Wine Country chef for over 30 years, beginning with her San Francisco restaurant, Pauli's Cafe, in 1975. As owner of the successful Napa Valley catering company, The Best of Everything, Pauli provided stellar cuisine for many of California's world class wineries, elegant country weddings, and private clients. Pauli now resides in Walnut Creek, California, where she teaches classes and consults with people in their homes on how to transition to a healthier eating lifestyle.
