In this video, I review the Radius® Source™ toothbrush.
Is it everything I hoped it would be and more? Did it help me fight cavities, plaque, tartar, and the gum disease…GINGIVITIS? You’ll have to watch the video to find out—or live the rest of your life with a knot of regret balled up in your gut, always wondering, but never really knowing, “Did Dennis like the Radius® Source™ toothbrush?”
“Did he?”
The Radius® Source™ is available at radiustoothbrush.com Thanks to Tamu Kemp and the fine folks at Radius.

WOW! My seventeen-year-old daughter bought this Radius toothbrush yesterday, at our local co-op. My fifteen-year-old son was so impressed with the recycled handle and replaceable head, he wanted one as well, unfortunately they had sold out already. My daughter seconds Dennis opinion. She said, the handle fit her hand perfectly and the bristles were soft. Not only is it environmental, but it could also get my children jazzed about brushing their teeth! That is one impressive toothbrush. Thank you Radius!

Not to say anything bad about Radius, but there are other brands out there that allow for replaceable toothbrush heads to reduce waste. It doesn’t amount to a hill of beans, but since the others are smaller, the bit of waste that you do end up with is less with those than with Radius. But that’s really nitpicky, so never mind.
On the other hand, to go ahead and say something bad about Radius (nothing personal, just doing my part to promote consumer information) — maybe Radius has different ergonomics for this brush than for others they make. A bunch of years ago a housemate convinced me to try out a Radius toothbrush. She loved it. It gave me cramps in my forearm using it and I hated the mega brush head. But I’m just one man’s opinion.

They seem to be touting the environmental quality of the brush. recyclable handle and replaceable head. At the same time they may have overlooked the fact that the unit is encased in all that plastic and paper packaging. Perhaps there is something that I couldn’t see just viewing the short clip.

Russell, I checked it out and the packaging is made from 50% recycled soda bottles.
