We challenged our FaceBook friends to make the recipe for squash ravioli from In Late Winter We Ate Pears: A Year of Hunger and Love (by Deirdre Heekin and Caleb Barber) and send us their pictures in exchange for a free copy of the book. Here is our winner: Karen Walasek and Ron Heacock. They took it one step further and used homemade ricotta and pumpkin. Way to go!
