In this clip, we sit down with author Sandor Katz (The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved: Inside America’s Underground Food Movements and Wild Fermentation: The Flavor, Nutrition, and Craft of Live-Culture Foods) as he recounts the story of how he became involved in food activism, where his passion for fermented foods came from, and the political side of fermentation.
